Returns, refunds and exchanges for books and merch.
We strive to ensure that you're happy with your order. As our merchandise is made as custom orders, it is important to note that such items are exempt from the standard UK return policy regulations. However, we value our customers and are committed to providing excellent service. Therefore, we offer a discretionary return policy as outlined below:
1. Non-Customised Items
- For all non-customised items purchased from Leedsthat.com, customers are entitled to a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
2. Customised Items
- As custom orders are personalised for individual customers, they are not subject to the standard UK return policy regulations.
- However, if there are any issues with the quality or if the item received differs significantly from the specifications provided during the order process, please contact ayup@leedsthat.com within 14 days of delivery. We will review each case on an individual basis and strive to find a suitable solution.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- To initiate a return for non-customised items, please contact our customer support team via ayup@leedsthat.com.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
- For eligible returns of non-customised items, a refund will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
- In cases where an exchange is preferred, please indicate this when contacting our customer support team.
